Natural Balance Points

This is a very important element in your golf swing and will dominate your golf swing performance. Irrespective of how you wish to change your swing if this element is not calculated in to your movements your actions will not change for the better.

This aspect of your movement is so significant that even with high quantaties of practise, over a long period of time, this response is unlikly to alter, especially under stress (1st tee nerves, etc).

In our Fault Finder and Swing Builder Program we ensure that you understand this element and link this to your body specifications. This allows the most efficient transfer of power through your body into the club, which in turn creates consistency.

If you are going to consistently perform your best you must base your movements around your natural balance points.
This is going to determine how you will move your body, the type of ball strike you will achieve and the power you can generate.

A loss of balance will trigger unwanted tightness in movement and power delivering muscles. Stability muscle groups do exactly that, they stabilise.

Transferring power muscles groups into stability engagement reduces the impact and effectiveness of power delivery in to the ball.

Balance points vary with players and therefore will impact on the type of ball positioning system that you should be adopting. Every wondered how your friend plays his T-Ball shots from outside his lead foot and rips it, yet when you try it it’s a disaster.

We are all built differently and at Learngolfuk we have developed a system of ball positions and stances depending on your Natural Balance Point.

If you fail to get this right your game is doomed – This alone will transform your game.
